1) Are our products available authentic?
Yes, they are. Brave Kid is a leading company in product research and development,
manufacturing and distribution of high-fashion clothing and accessories for kids and teens. Bravekid.com is an authorized reseller of all brands featured
online, part of Brave Kid's licensing portfolio that currently includes Diesel, Marni, Dsquared2, N°21, MM6 Maison Margiela, MYAR and MAX&Co.
2) How can I place an order?
Placing an order on bravekid.com is so easy:
- Choose the item you want from our catalog, selecting color and size, and add it to your cart. Is the product you want to purchase out of stock? Click "Notify me when available" and you will receive an email as soon as the item becomes available again. If you add an item by mistake, you can delete it by clicking "Remove".
- Once you have completed your shopping cart, you can choose to proceed as a registered customer or as a guest. Registration is not required to place an order; however, we recommend that you create your own account to save preferred shipping and billing addresses, track your orders in real time, and stay up-to-date on the latest Brave Kid news and promotions.
- Fill in your shipping information, choose your preferred payment method and proceed with your purchase. For more information about the payment methods accepted by bravekid.com visit the Payment section.
Once your purchase is complete, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a summary of your order.
3) Can I modify or cancel an order that has already been placed?
Currently, orders placed on bravekid.com cannot be changed or cancelled. Once payment has been completed, we can no longer accept changes or cancellations.
4) What are the order processing times?
Orders are shipped within 2 business days after the order is received at the warehouse. Once the order is processed and entrusted to the courier, delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected.
5) How can I track the status of my orders?
Once we entrust the package to the courier, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number to track the shipment. Also, if you have an account on bravekid.com, you can check the status of your order at any time by entering "My Orders" section.

6) What different payment methods do you offer?
On bravekid.com you can pay by credit/debit card, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

7) Where do you ship and what are the shipping costs?
8) I haven't received my order yet, what can I do?
If your order has not been delivered on time, we suggest to:
- check the status of your order: if you have a Brave Kid account, by consulting "My Orders" section, or, if you are not registered, through the tracking code you find in the shipment confirmation e-mail;
- check that the address given for the shipment is correct and, in the case it is wrong, report it to our Customer Care.
If you have found a non-delivery notice, contact the carrier to schedule another delivery attempt.

9) How many days do I have to return a product?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can make a return of one or more items within 30 days after receiving the shipment (days are calculated from the date of proven delivery and include holidays).
10) How can I return my order?
You can follow all the steps of the return procedure outlined in the Returns section.
Inside your order, you will also find the return form with directions for returning one or more items.
11) What are the refund times for the return?
Products' refund will be made within 14 days after receiving the returns. The time for refund may change depending on the payment method used. You can find all related information in the Returns section.
Due to operational changes in the management of the Bravekid.com website, with respect to returns of orders placed before February 28 (inclusive), it may not be technically possible to make a refund using the payment method you chose to pay for your original order. You will still have the right to return purchased items, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Sale. In order for us to process your refund, however, we may ask you to provide us with additional information (or replenish the information you entered when you placed your order) or to provide us with an alternative payment method. Please contact our customer service department for more information.
12) Can I exchange a product purchased online in the store?
It is currently not possible to replace a product purchased on bravekid.com in physical stores.
13) Where can I find advice on size and fit?
You can refer to our Size Guide, available on each product page. For any questions, information or clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care.
14) How do promotional codes work?
At check out, enter the code in the "Discount Code" box and click "Apply" before proceeding with your purchase. Only one Promo Code can be used per order. If the code does not work, double-check the date of the promotion and which products and categories it can be applied to.

15) How can I create an account?
Go to the Enter the colorful world of Brave Kid section, fill out the registration form with your personal information, set a password, and click "Sign up."
You can change your registration information at any time by logging into your account area. If you want to close your account, send a request to our Customer Care.
16) I forgot my account password, how can I recover it?
Go to the "Log in to your Brave Kid account" section, click on "Forgot your password?", enter the e-mail address associated with your account, and follow the instructions within the e-mail you will receive.
17) How can I subscribe to or unsubscribe from the Brave Kid newsletter?
To sign up for our newsletter, enter your e-mail address at the bottom of the homepage: you will receive 10% off on your first order and stay up-to-date on exclusive promotions, new arrivals, and on the latest Brave Kid news.
If you no longer wish to receive it, you can unsubscribe by clicking directly on the "Unsubscribe" option at the bottom of our newsletters and following the steps indicated.

19) How does Pre-Order purchase work?
Pre-order items are products not yet available that can be pre-ordered within a limited time period. By purchasing a pre-order item, you will be among the first to reserve the product. The expected shipping date for pre-order items is displayed within the specific product page.
- In case of a mixed order of already available items and pre-order items: products will be shipped in one go by the date indicated on the pre-order product page.
- In case of an order of pre-order items but with different shipping dates: the products will be shipped together on the latest shipping date.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your package will be shipped. You will be charged at the time your order is shipped.

GIFT CARD
How can I use the Gift Card?
To redeem, enter the Gift Card number in the discount code field during checkout and select "Apply".
In case the Brave Kid Gift Card does not cover the whole amount, you can utilize other payment methods to pay the remaining balance.

Can I use a discount code to buy a Gift Card?
No, discounts or promotions cannot be applied to the purchase of the Gift Card.

Can I reload the Gift Card?
No, it is not possible to add further funds to an activated Gift Card. Nevertheless, you may acquire a new one anytime you desire.

I used the Gift Card for a product that I want to return. How do I get a refund?
If an item is bought using a Brave Kid Gift Card and is returned, the amount paid will be refunded back to the Gift Card.
If you bought using both a Gift Card and another payment method, the Gift Card will be refunded first. The remaining balance will then be refunded to the second payment method used.

I have lost my Gift Card number. Can I get it back?
Please retain the email containing the details of your Brave Kid Gift Card. In the event that it is lost, kindly get in touch with our customer service team to recover the serial number.

Can I transfer the money on the Gift Card?
The Brave Kid Gift Card is non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Does the Gift Card expire?
The Gift Card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
It cannot be returned, cancelled or modified. It is not possible to transfer the balance to other payment instruments.

I don't have enough funds on my Gift Card to complete my order. What are my options?
If your Gift Card balance is not sufficient to complete the purchase of the selected products, you can use any of the other payment methods accepted on bravekid.com to cover the balance.

The Brave Kid Gift Card can be purchased and used in the United States, eurozone and United Kingdom.
It is not currently available in the Japanese market.
